USC Vs. Washington State Final Score: Trojans Fall 60-53

The USC Trojans hung around Thursday night at Beasley Coliseum in Pullman, Washington, but never got closer than to within four points in the second half, falling to the Washington St. Cougars 60-53. USC suffered its 13th loss in its last 15 games, and fell to 0-5 on the road in the Pac-12.

Brock Motum led the Cougars with 26 points and eight rebounds, as Washington State (12-10, 4-6) won their third straight contest. Washington State is 9-1 at home this season. The Trojans have lost eight of their last nine games at the Palouse.

Greg Allen scored a season-high 17 points to lead USC (6-17, 1-9), and hit five shots from three-point range. Garrett Jackson added 15 points and four rebounds in 29 minutes before fouling out. The Trojans were outrebounded 34-20 on the night, and the Cougars outscored them in the paint, 24 points to 14.

USC next travels to Seattle to face the Washington Huskies on Saturday night.
