The USC Trojans continue its hot streak of receiving letter of intents from out of state prospects as the latest comes from top Floridian prospect, Nelson Agholor, the No. 18 overall player on Rivals.com and No. 3 wide receiver.
The wide receiver from Tampa, Fla. has stated from his sophomore year that USC was his “dream school” as the Trojans were the first team to offer him.
Agholor is a versatile athlete that can play three positions: Wide receiver, running back, and safety. Scouts say Agholor has the talent to star at any of those three positions, but feel that he has higher upside at wide out.
With a healthy stock of receivers already on the Trojans roster, Agholor will have to compete for playing time in his freshman year. However, Agholor is a rare talent with break-away speed, long arms, and elusive when open.
Agholor praises his main recruiter, Monte Kiffin, as he has an great reputation around the Tampa area.
