The USC Trojans have gotten their 2012-2013 season off to a good start, with wins in their first two games. They will spend Thanksgiving week in Hawaii with the Maui Invitational, which kicks off Monday. USC will battle the Illinois Fighting Illini in the last of four games on the docket in the tournament's first day.
The tournament kicks off with the Butler Bulldogs and Marquette Golden Eagles facing off at 12:30 p.m. PT on ESPN2. That is followed by the Mississippi State Bulldogs and North Carolina Tar Heels, then the Texas Longhorns battle host the Chaminade Silverswords before USC and Illinois cap off the night.
All 12 games during the three days of the tournament will be televised by the ESPN family of networks, with the championship game to be played at 7 p.m. PT on Wednesday night on ESPN.
Here is the schedule for Monday (all times PST):
- 12:30 p.m. - Butler vs. Marquette (ESPN2)
- 3 p.m. - Mississippi State vs. North Carolina (ESPN2)
- 6:30 p.m. - Texas vs. Chaminade (ESPNU)
- 9 p.m. - USC vs. Illinois (ESPN2)
