The USC Trojans took care of business in Salt Lake City against the Utah Utes on Thursday, moving up two spots to No. 11 in the country this week in the AP Top 25 poll for Week 7 of the college football season.
Alabama remained the top school in the land, followed by the Oregon Ducks, South Carolina Gamecocks, Florida Gators and West Virginia Mountaineers to round out the top five. Oregon State sits one spot ahead of USC at No. 10 in the country, while Stanford is No. 17, the only other Pac-12 school to make the grade this week.
UCLA fell out of the top 25 and received no votes after getting stomped by the Cal Golden Bears, 43-17.
