The game against the UCLA Bruins and the Arizona State Sun Devils holds the most Pac-12 standings implications as all Pac-12 teams play Week 9 games on Saturday.
UCLA is 2-2 in conference and with a win at Arizona State can move into second place in the Pac-12 South.
If the rest of the games go as predicted, there won't be that much movement in the Pac-12 following Saturday's conclusion. Most of the top teams play in the Pac-12 standings play the bottom feeders in Week 9.
The USC Trojans head to Tuscon to take on the Arizona Wildcats, who are coming off of their first conference win over Washington last week. It could be a tough matchup for the Trojans. The last five games have been tight, with the average score decided by only 5.6 points.
The Sun Devils saw a three game win streak snapped at the hands of Oregon last Thursday. UCLA had a bye week last week. The Bruins beat the Sun Devils last year 29-28 as the Sun Devils missed a 46-yard field goal with time expiring. It started the first of five straight defeats for Arizona State.
