The USC Trojans will spend their second-straight week at No. 12 in SB Nation's BlogPoll Top 25. The South Carolina Gamecocks and West Virginia Mountaineers both lost ahead of USC, but South Carolina dropped to No. 7, while the Oklahoma Sooners jumped the Trojans after a blowout win in the Red River Shootout.
The Trojans were ranked as high as No. 4 on one ballot, and as low as No. 25 on another. The most common spot for USC was No. 11, where it appeared 12 times. It received 26 votes for the top 10 overall.
The rival UCLA Bruins received votes in the poll this week after not appearing on any ballots in last Tuesday's iteration. Four voters had the Bruins in the top 25, with the highest slot for UCLA coming at No. 20.
USC likely won't be able impress many voters regardless of outcome as it faces the Colorado Buffaloes this weekend. UCLA is off this week and faces Arizona State on Oct. 27.
