USC Vs. Oregon State Final Score: Trojans Still Winless In Pac-12 After 78-59 Road Loss

The USC Trojans visited the Oregon St. Beavers on Saturday night in search of their first Pac-12 win of the season. When all was said and done, their attempts came up empty and they fell to 0-7 in conference play. The final score was 78-59 in favor of the Beavers, who improved to 3-5 within the Pac-12.

OSU opened up a sizable lead early and entered halftime on top by a score of 36-22. Although the Trojans performed slightly better in the second half, for all intents and purposes the damage had already been done. USC was charged with quite a few fouls. Oregon State took 21 free throws in the game, compared to just 10 for the Trojans.

USC's leading scorer was guard Byron Wesley, who scored 15 points, along with seven rebounds and three assists.

The Trojans now hold and overall record of 5-15. Their next game will be on Thursday, January 26 as they host the Colorado Buffaloes.
