Kyle Murphy Favoring Stanford, Oregon & USC?

Kyle Murphy is a big-time recruit. You look at him and you immediately think "three-year starter". Murphy is an excellent wrestler, something that has helped hone his football technique. He's performed well at every camp, and just seems ready for the next level, almost more than any other major offensive line recruit.

Some big-time Pac-12 programs are really appealing to Murphy right now. Kyle Williams of We Are SC reports in a mostly-paid article that Oregon and Stanford are probable co-favorites, with USC hot on their trail.

This has to be good news to each of these schools, because all three know they need to stay strong up front. Oregon and Stanford are still struggling from offensive line losses, and seem to have lost an offensive step from the dominant teams they put on the football field last season. USC's offensive line is its own mess and has not given Matt Barkley optimal opportunities to step up and make plays. Murphy could be part of the solution.
