The USC Trojans continue to receive letter of intents from recruits outside of California. Running back Javorious “Buck” Allen from Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, Fla., committed to the Trojans earlier, according to Michael Lev of Orange County Register. USC will now have three players from Lincoln High School on its roster with safety Jawanza Starling and cornerback T.J. Bryant being the other Lincoln alums.
Allen is ranked as a 3-star in both Rivals.com and Scout.com recruiting rankings, but is a 4-star in ESPN’s service.
Another recruit outside of California that committed to the Trojans today is offensive tackle Aundrey Walker from Glenville Academy Cleveland, Ohio, according to Spencer Hall. The commit comes as a shock because of the stable pipeline between Glenville Academy and Ohio State.
Walker is a more important recruit as he adds depth in a position of need for the Trojans. He is a four-star recruit from Rivals.com
