USC Vs. UCLA 2011: Marc Tyler, DaJohn Harris, Christian Tupou Among 23 Trojans Seniors Playing Final Home Game

The USC Trojans end their season on Saturday night against the rival UCLA Bruins, and as it is the final home game of the season it is senior night at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The big question for the Trojans is whether junior quarterback Matt Barkley, along with junior left tackle Matt Kalil, will return next year or not. But Saturday night is definitely the final home game for 23 seniors.

USC head coach Lane Kiffin has touted the exceptional play of the youth on the team, and rightfully so as the current depth chart has just three seniors among 22 offensive and defensive starters. Defensive tackles DaJohn Harris and Christian Tupou are among the starters playing their final game, along with fullback Rhett Ellison, who began his USC career as a tight end.

Running back Marc Tyler, who has battled through injuries this season to run for 537 yards at 4.6 yards per clip, will be playing in his final game as well. Senior linebacker Chris Galippo started the first eight games of the season before losing his spot to freshman Lamar Dawson, giving the Trojans an all-freshman linebacking crew.

The other 18 seniors, which includes some redshirt juniors who aren't coming back for 2012, playing the final game Saturday night are: LB Augusto Alonso, CB Taylor Ashton, WR Robbie Boyer, WR Brandon Carswell, DE Eric Childs, OG Martin Coleman, FB-LB Ross Cumming, WR Nic Curry, DT Tyler Grady, LB Shane Horton, CS Sean Jackson, S Marshall Jones, DT Zack Kusnir, CB Allen Noble, long snapper Chris Pousson, CB Boomer Roepke, S Cody Romness, and OT Peter Yobo.

Saturday night's 7 p.m. PST game will be televised by Prime Ticket. For more UCLA football news and analysis, be sure to read Bruins Nation. For USC football information, be sure to read Conquest Chronicles.
