The USC Trojans have moved up three spots to No. 17 in the latest college football ratings by Jeff Sagarin at USA Today. The Trojans, who beat the Washington Huskies 40-17 on Saturday in Los Angeles, are one of three Pac-12 teams in the top 20. Last week USC was ranked No. 20 in the Sagarin ratings.

Here is a look at the Sagarin ratings top 10, which include some limited movement of several teams thanks to three losses by last week's top 10. The Oregon Ducks moved up from No. 7 to No. 5:

  1. LSU Tigers
  2. Oklahoma St. Cowboys
  3. Alabama Crimson Tide
  4. Oklahoma Sooners
  5. Oregon Ducks
  6. Stanford Cardinal
  7. Boise St. Broncos
  8. Arkansas Razorbacks
  9. Texas A&M Aggies
  10. Kansas St. Wildcats

The Stanford Cardinal stayed at No. 6 despite their home loss to Oregon. USC travels to Eugene next Saturday night to battle No. 5 Oregon in a nationally televised game on ABC.
