ESPN College Gameday Headed To USC Vs. Stanford In Los Angeles

It looked like ESPN's College Gameday was going to be headed to Manhattan, Kansas to profile a Big 12 battle between two undefeated teams in the Kansas St. Wildcats and the Oklahoma Sooners, but Oklahoma--yeah, Oklahoma--had to ruin that with a shocking home defeat to the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Instead, the crew of Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso and Desmond Howard will get their first chance to profile Andrew Luck and the Stanford Cardinal when they head down to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to take on Matt Barkley and the USC Trojans. It's as much of a conference tilt between two of the premier Pac-12 programs as it is a preview of the top two quarterbacks likely to hit the lottery in the 2012 NFL Draft.

This will be the third time in four years USC has been the site of College Gameday. They were present at last year's Oregon-SC matchup (also on Halloween weekend), and they were at the Ohio State-USC Game in 2008 where the Trojans demolished the Buckeyes.
