UCLA Basketball China Trip Schedule

On August 22nd the UCLA Bruins men's basketball team will begin its seven day Chinese tour. UCLA will visit Beijing and Shanghai, playing three games during the week as part of "China-USA University Sports Week."

The Bruins will take on Tsinghua University in Beijing on Saturday, August 25th before moving on to Shanghai where they will face Shanghai Jiao Tong University on Monday, August 27th. The Team will conclude its trip by playing the Shanghai Sharks, a professional Chinese team owned by Yao Ming, on Tuesday, August 28th.

The Bruins will be without top recruit Shabazz Muhammad, who is ineligible as the NCAA investigates his recruitment, but the rest of the top-ranked recruiting class will make the trip with the team, including three returning starters.

The Bruins open their regular season against Indiana State on Friday, November 9th.
