Day one of the Pac-12 tournament is finished. Here's a quick summary of Wednesday's first round games to get you caught up:
UCLA beat USC 55-40, led by Lazeric Jones who scored a game-high 15 points. The Bruins shot a horrendous 33.9 percent from the field but held the Trojans to 29 percent shooting. UCLA only made five of their first 24 shots and played the entire first half without Josh Smith. The No. 5 seeded Bruins will now take on the No. 4 Arizona Wildcats at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday.
In other first round action, the Oregon State Beavers downed the Washington State Cougars 69-64 in Wednesday's first game. The Cougars suffered from a poor performance from Reggie Moore; the junior was 3-for-16 from the field.
Stanford beat Arizona State 85-65, to advance to a quarterfinals match against California. Chasson Randle was the name to remember in all four opening round games. Randle scored 30 points for the Cardinal, with a record-breaking 27 of them coming in the first half.
Andre Robinson led the Colorado Buffaloes to a 53-41 victory over the Utah Utes in Wednesday's final game. Robinson scored 20 points and also pulled down 11 rebounds in the effort.
