The UCLA Bruins face the Oregon St. Beavers in what amounts into a battle for survival for Rick Neuheisel. UCLA cannot lose this game if Neuheisel expects to have any sort of hope going forward; the Beavers are probably one of the worst teams in the Pac-12 and he has to win these games. There's a lot riding on the future of Bruins football in Corvallis this Saturday afternoon. Like, future wins. And relevance. And interest.

Last time these two teams met: Neuheisel's last significant victory! Kai Forbath kicked a field goal and the Beavers won in a last-second field goal last season, just to knock a Pac-12 team out of bowl eligibility and to annoy the hell out of Larry Scott.
