All 34 bowl games will be broadcast, but the Pac 12 has one of the rare games not broadcast by ESPN. The Sun Bowl has been broadcast by CBS since 1968. ESPN bought back the BCS bowl contract from Fox Sports this year. Let's take a look at who ESPN is sending to the rest of the Pac 12 bowl games this season.
↵ESPN is sending it's Saturday Night Football on ABC crew (Brent Mussburger, Kirk Herbstreit, Erin Andrews) to cover the Oregon Ducks and Wisconsin Badgers in the Rose Bowl. ESPN's top crew called four Oregon games this year (2-2). Kirk Herbstreit will broadcast one other game - the Las Vegas Bowl with Chris Fowler (Boise St. Broncos vs. Arizona St. Sun Devils).
↵Sean McDonough, Matt Millen, and Heather Cox (an ESPN2 Saturday noon crew) will call the Fiesta Bowl with the Stanford Cardinal and Oklahoma St. Cowboys. Dave Pasch and Chris Spielman, who called Saturday noon games on ESPN and ABC with Urban Meyer, will call the Washington Huskies in the Alamo Bowl against the Baylor Bears.
↵The ESPN Thursday Night Football crew (Rece Davis, Craig James, Jesse Palmer and Jenn Brown) will call the California Golden Bears and Texas Longhorns in the Holiday Bowl. Cal appeared twice on Thursday Night Football, but Craig James also called Cal's win over Arizona St.
↵Verne Lundquist, Gary Danielson, and Tracy Wolfson will most likely call the Sun Bowl with the Utah Utes and Georgia Tech Yellowjackets. The Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl featuring UCLA Bruins and Illinois Illini will be covered by Saturday afternoon crew Carter Blackburn and Brock Huard. Mike Bellotti, who has been rumored to be in consideration for the UCLA head coaching job, sat in with that crew during the regular season.
