Despite not receiving much nation attention, this weekend's Pac-12 matchup between the UCLA Bruins and Arizona State Sun Devils has big BCS implications. Even with the struggles they've suffered throughout the year, the Bruins have a chance to control their own destiny should they pull the upset victory.
Arizona State will not go down without a fight. This team is nationally ranked, hungry for a bowl game and they know a win today essentially clinches the South division.
Here is Ted Miller's final injury report:
Arizona State:
CB Deveron Carr, concussion, probable
TE Trevor Kohl, shoulder, questionable
OT Evan Finkenberg, knee, questionable
UCLA
QB Richard Brehaut, leg, doubtful
P Jeff Locke, shoulder, probable
OG Chris Ward, knee, out
S Dietrich Riley, neck, out
S Tony Dye, neck, out
TE John Young, knee, out
LB David Allen, knee, probable
DE Iuta Tepa, back, probable
DT Cassius Marsh, suspended, out
The Sun Devils should be good to go on Saturday and will not be without any of their star players. As for the Bruins, the team has been banged up all season and the lack of depth is a serious concern for the coaching staff. If even more injuries arise for UCLA, it could be a long day in Los Angeles.
