The Los Angeles Clippers secured a huge win on Sunday night with their 109-105 comeback triumph in Denver, but they have no time to rest on their laurels as the week ahead provides three worthy challenges in their own right. The Clippers have games this week against the teams with the three best records in the Northwest Division, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Denver Nuggets, and Utah Jazz. Here is a look at this week's schedule:

Monday - Oklahoma City Thunder at Clippers, 7:30 p.m. (Prime Ticket, NBA TV): Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and the Thunder come to town, winners of four straight games and at 16-3 with the best record in the NBA. Oklahoma City was also off on Saturday and Sunday while the Clippers will be playing the second night of a back-to-back set.

Wednesday - Clippers at Utah Jazz, 7:30 p.m. (ESPN, Prime Ticket): By now these numbers don't even seem real, but the Clippers have lost 16 straight and 42 of their last 43 games in Utah, including a 108-79 shellacking by the Jazz on January 17.

Thursday - Denver Nuggets at Clippers, 7:30 p.m. (TNT): The Clippers are exclusively on TNT for the second straight week, looking for their second win over the Nuggets in five days.

Saturday - Clippers at Washington Wizards, 4 p.m. (Prime Ticket): The start of the Grammy road trip, a six-game, 10-day affair, begins with a gimme in the nation's capital. The Clippers have struggled on the road, but they should be able to beat a Washington team that begins the week at 4-16.

The last win for the Clippers in Denver came on January 27, 2006.

The Los Angeles Clippers face a tough test Sunday night as they hit the road to face the red-hot Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center. The Nuggets have won six straight games and own the second best record in the Western Conference at 14-5. The Clippers, meanwhile, have lost nine straight games in Denver.

The last win for the Clippers in the Mile High City came on January 27, 2006, when Elton Brand scored 33 points and grabbed 10 rebounds en route to a 105-87 win in Denver. That was also the last year the Clippers made the playoffs.

The Clippers this season have enjoyed success, as they sit atop the Pacific Division with a 10-6 record. But they have been propped up by a home-heavy schedule to date, and are 9-2 at home this season, compared to just 1-4 on the road. Beginning with the game Sunday night in Denver, the Clippers play eight of their next 10 on the road, and their two home games are against the teams with the two best records in the Western Conference: the Oklahoma City Thunder (Monday night) and Denver (Thursday night).

After a string of eight straight double-doubled, Blake Griffin has come up just one rebound short in each of his last three contests. Griffin has at least nine rebounds in each of his last 15 games and is averaging 11.2 rebounds per game this season, fourth in the NBA.

Sunday night's 5 p.m. PST game will be televised by Prime Ticket. For more news and information on Clippers basketball, be sure to read Clips Nation.
