<p>The Pac-12 Conference featured a pair of Sunday games this week to keep our college basketball thirst quenched, featuring a pair of teams needing wins at home to keep pace with the first-place <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/washington-huskies">Washington Huskies</a>. The <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/california-golden-bears">California Bears</a> did their part with a 69-59 win over the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/stanford-cardinal">Stanford Cardinal</a>, while the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/oregon-ducks">Oregon Ducks</a> fell at home 76-71 to the high-octane <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/oregon-st-beavers">Oregon State Beavers</a>.</p>
<p>Pac-12 leading scorer Jared Cunningham scored 27 in the win for the Beavers, who scored 53 points in the second half to erase a five-point halftime deficit. At Haas Pavilion in Berkeley, Cal trailed by one at the break but pulled away in the second half thanks to poor shooting by Stanford, who shot just 31.2% for the game and made only two of 19 three-pointers.</p>
<p>At the halfway point of the conference schedule, Cal moves into a tie with Washington atop the Pac-12 at 7-2, with Oregon and Colorado both close by at 6-3.</p>

<p>The <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/ucla-bruins">UCLA Bruins</a> concluded the first half of their Pac-12 Conference college basketball schedule with a home sweep of the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/utah-utes">Utah Utes</a> and <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/colorado-buffaloes">Colorado Buffaloes</a>, improving their conference record to 5-4 and into a sixth place tie with the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/arizona-wildcats">Arizona Wildcats</a>. The Wildcats welcomed the ESPN Gameday crew to Tucson on Saturday, then suffered a tough two-point loss to the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/washington-huskies">Washington Huskies</a>, who surged into the conference lead with their third consecutive victory.</p>
<p>Whether or not the Huskies remain alone atop the Pac-12 depends on a pair of Sunday contests. Both 6-2 teams, the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/oregon-ducks">Oregon Ducks</a> and <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/california-golden-bears">Cal Bears</a>, host their rivals on Sunday, with Oregon hosting the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/oregon-st-beavers">Oregon State Beavers</a> and Cal hosting the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/stanford-cardinal">Stanford Cardinal</a>.</p>
