Matt Cullen had three assists to lead the Minnesota Wild to a 5-3 win over the Anaheim Ducks Sunday night at Honda Center. It was the second straight loss for the Ducks under new head coach Bruce Boudreau.

For the second straight game under Boudreau, Anaheim jumped out to an early lead. Tonight the Ducks were up 2-0 in the first period but by the end of the second period Minnesota had surged to a 3-2 lead. Cam Fowler tied the game at 10:45 of the final period with his third goal of the season, but Nick Johnson answered for Minnesota four minutes later for a 4-3 lead for the Wild.

Cal Clutterbuck added an empty-net goal with 11 seconds left to provide the final margin.

The Ducks also held a 3-0 lead in their last game, before ultimately losing 4-3 in overtime to the Philadelphia Flyers on Friday night. They are 3-13-5 in their last 21 games.

Ryan Getzlaf and Saku Koivu also scored Sunday for Anaheim, and Teemu Selanne picked up a pair of assists. Selanne on Sunday played in his 800th game for the Ducks, extending his own franchise record. The Ducks next host the Los Angeles Kings Tuesday night at Honda Center.

The Ducks and Wild have split two games this season.

The Anaheim Ducks weren't able to make new head coach Bruce Boudreau a winner in his debut, but look for a victory on Sunday evening against the Minnesota Wild at Honda Center. The Wild have the distinction of being one of the few NHL teams the Ducks have beaten this season, as Anaheim won 3-2 in Minneapolis on October 27.

The Ducks held a 3-0 lead on Friday night against the Philadelphia Flyers but ended up falling in overtime 4-3, thanks in part to a double minor, four-minute penalty on Ryan Getzlaf in overtime. With the overtime loss on Friday, the Ducks picked up a point, the first time they had at least a point in consecutive games since a pair of overtime losses on November 1 and November 3.

This is the fifth game of a six-game homestand for Anaheim, who is 1-2-1 through the first four contests at Honda Center. The Ducks are 3-12-5 in their last 20 games.

Corey Perry had a five-game goal scoring streak snapped on Friday night, but he does have five goals and five assists in his last eight contests. Teemu Selanne has four goals and four assists in his last eight games. Tonight will be the 800th game for Selanne as a Duck, the most in franchise history.

Mikko Koivu, the younger brother of the Ducks' Saku Koivu, leads the Wild this season with 20 points and 16 assists. Matt Cullen, Devin Setoguchi, and Kyle Brodziak all have eight goals on the season to lead Minnesota.

The Ducks and Wild have split two games this year, with each team picking up a 3-2 victory on the other team's home ice. The Ducks on Saturday recalled left wing Jean-Francois Jacques from the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League.
