The Angels look for an interleague series win against the Braves on Sunday afternoon in Anaheim. Rookie Tyler Chatwood gets the start for the Angels, looking to rebound from the worst start of his young career. Derek Lowe, who pitched in southern California for four years with the Dodgers, gets the call for the Braves.

The Angels won 9-0 behind a four-hit shutout from Ervin Santana, while the Braves prevailed 5-4 in 12 innings on Saturday night. Chatwood allowed seven runs in 2 1/3 innings in a blowout loss in Oakland on Tuesday. So far this season, the rookie is 2-2 with a 4.50 ERA in eight starts, but he has been playing with fire. In 44 innings, Chatwood has walked 27 batters while striking out only 19.

Braves' announcer Don Sutton will throw out the ceremonial first pitch before today's game. The Hall of Fame pitcher pitched for the Angels from 1985 to 1987, and won his 300th career game in 1986 in Anaheim.
