With Steve Nash joining up with Kobe Bryant, the Los Angeles Lakers seem poised for a few more runs at a championship. Landing Dwight Howard could secure L.A.'s future for quite some time, but there continue to be major concerns about whether the superstar will stay with the Lakers beyond the 2013 season. Howard has repeatedly stated that he is unlikely to stick around.
The Lakers appear optimistic that they convince Howard to stick around though. Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports files this report.

If Magic and Lakers want to do a deal, each may need to call the bluff on Howard and Bynum stated unwillingness to accept extensions.— Adrian Wojnarowski (@WojYahooNBA) July 8, 2012
The big concerns might be about convincing the Orlando Magic that Andrew Bynum would stick around and agree to a contract extension with them, something that he appears to be unwilling to do.
