NBA Draft Results 2012: Los Angeles Lakers Take Center Robert Sacre 60th Overall

With the 60th overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, the Los Angeles Lakers selected Robert Sacre, a center out of Gonzaga University. The 7-foot tall, 265-pound senior is the Lakers' only pick and the final selection in the 2012 NBA Draft.

Sacre is a strong rebounder who has become an outstanding free throw shooter, shooting better than 75% in his final year at Gonzaga. Sacre is big and strong, but has drawn criticism for not always using that size to its fullest potential. He has also shown an ability to hit a pull-up jumper from midrange, though given his size and ability to drive to the basket the jumper is not a frequent presence in his game.
