Lakers Vs. Spurs Game Score: Tim Duncan Leads San Antonio To 56-52 Halftime Lead

Tim Duncan scored 16 points on 8-of-12 shooting to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 56-52 lead over the Los Angeles Lakers at halftime Friday night at AT&T Center. The Spurs used an 8-0 run in the second quarter to take the lead.

Kobe Bryant returned to the starting lineup after missing seven games with an injured left shin, and scored seven points in the first half on 2-of-6 shooting.

Andrew Bynum had 12 points and two rebounds for the Lakers, who shot 46.2% (18 for 39) in the opening half. Matt Barnes added eight points off the bench. The Lakers trailed 32-25 after the first quarter but rallied to take a 37-34 lead with eight minutes remaining in the half.

Tony Parker had 11 points and seven assists, while Manu Ginobili added 10 points, four rebounds, and four assists off the bench for San Antonio, who shot 57.5% (23 for 40) in the first half.
