Lakers Vs. Spurs Game Score: Andrew Bynum Dominates, L.A. Leads 48-43 At Halftime

Andrew Bynum controlled the middle in the first half in San Antonio with 10 points, 19 rebounds and a blocked shot, leading the Los Angeles Lakers to a 48-43 halftime lead over the San Antonio Spurs at AT&T Center. The Lakers are finishing up a three-game road trip, with Kobe Bryant missing all three road contests.

Bynum made five of 15 shots in the first half for his 10 points, but was a major factor on defense as well. In addition to the 19 rebounds, Bynum helped hold the Spurs to 42.5% shooting. Bynum also had eight offensive rebounds. Bynum's career high is 23 rebounds.

Pau Gasol added 11 points and five rebounds for the Lakers, and Matt Barnes scored 11 off the bench.

Tim Duncan led a balanced scoring attack for the Spurs with eight points, one of five Spurs with at least six points.
