The Los Angeles Lakers picked up their first win of the season on Sunday night. After two days off, the Lakers get back to action to battle the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City, but they will still have to make do without Steve Nash until he fully heals from his injuries.
The Lakers got off to a rough start this season, dropping their first three games to the Mavericks, Trail Blazers, and Clippers. The Lakers finally came back and won Sunday night against the Pistons to pick up their first victory of the Dwight Howard era. Now they will need to cope without Nash, who will be out at least a week (and possibly as many as four) as he heals from a non-displaced fracture in his left leg.
The Jazz have had their struggles, as they've also started the season 1-3, with three straight losses on the road coming into Wednesday's game. Can the Lakers pull one out in one of the toughest home court advantages in the country?
Wednesday's game will tip off at 6 p.m. CT.
