Chris Paul and the Clippers struggled to hit shots in an 86-76 loss at Brooklyn. The Clippers hit on just 40 percent of their field-goal attempts, while the Nets buried 46 percent of theirs.
New York traveled to Houston to face former guard Jeremy Lin, and left with a 131-103 blowout loss. James Harden was efficient in putting up 33 points on just 15 shots. Harden hit all 15 of his free throws.
Elsewhere, Boston took down Oklahoma City, 108-100, in a high-profile matchup. Paul Pierce scored 27 points to pace the Celtics.
