Kobe Bryant showed just how healthy his ankle was with this monstrous dunk in the third quarter of the Lakers' 106-90 victory in Game 5 against the Hornets on Tuesday. But that wasn't all he did. He had an arguably equally impressive dunk in the first half, this one of the right-handed variety.â†µ
That one was right in the face of Emeka Okafor, who went by the name "rejecta" in college. He didn't do a whole lot of rejecting there, did he?â†µ
For all the talk about Kobe's ankle, it didn't look like it impeded him very much on those two plays. And those are the types of plays that can inspire a team and bring about some really good play. We saw how that worked on Tuesday when the Lakers were able to run away from the Hornets.
