The Los Angeles Lakers are looking to end their seven-game road trip with a win tonight at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, as they battle the Cavaliers. The Lakers are 4-2 in the first six games of their Grammy road trip, but have suffered losses in the last two outings, including a 20-point drubbing in Charlotte on Monday. The Lakers are 19-10 away from home this season, and are looking to join San Antonio and Miami as the only NBA teams with 20 road wins this season.
The Cavs, to put it lightly, are awful. They beat the Clippers on Friday night, snapping their NBA-record 26-game losing streak, but they have still lost 37 of their last 39 games. Those two wins have come in overtime; their last win in regulation came on November 27. The Lakers drubbed the Cavs 112-57 on January 11 at Staples Center, coming within one basket of becoming the second-ever NBA team to double up another.
