The Los Angeles Lakers look for their fifth win in six games tonight against the Charlotte Bobcats at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte. The Lakers held their collective breath Sunday against Orlando, when center Andrew Bynum bumped knees with Dwight Howard of the Magic with about nine minutes remaining in the game. It was Bynum's left knee, the same knee in which Bynum had a bone bruise which caused him to miss a game against the Rockets 13 days ago. However, Bynum showed no ill effects after the game, per Mike Trudell of NBA.com:
Jackson said that Bynum is OK. He banged knees in that 4th Q but apparently is fine.
More Trudell:
Bynum told me his knee was fine, just banged it in that 4th Q. He'll start tomorrow at Charlotte.
