Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Lamar Odom scored 11 points during a fourth-quarter Lakers surge, leading Los Angeles to a 93-81 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers at Wells Fargo Center. Odom scored a season-high 28 points in all for the Lakers, who used a 23-4 run early in the fourth to win their fourth straight game. Pau Gasol added 19 points and 13 rebounds, while Matt Barnes had 15 points in the win.

Kobe Bryant struggled from the field for a season-low nine points, but his teammates were able to pick up the pace. Los Angeles outscored Philadelphia, 35-19, in the fourth quarter. Spencer Hawes continued his recent strong play with 18 points and 13 rebounds, but the Sixers lost for only the second time in their last nine home games. Andre Iguodala also had 18 points, but nobody else for Philadelphia broke double digits in scoring. Jodie Meeks hit a pair of free throws with 10 1/2 minutes left in the fourth to give the 76ers a 64-60 lead, but it was all Lakers from there.

Odom converted consecutive three-point plays to put Los Angeles ahead by two, and Barnes hit two free throws and a three-pointer for a seven-point advantage. Odom and Blake converted back-to-back threes moments later before a Odom slam ended the spurt with the Lakers ahead, 83-68, with five minutes remaining. The outcome was never in doubt down the stretch.

Philadelphia held a 21-18 lead after a low-scoring first quarter, but the Lakers surged ahead, 44-39, at halftime. Iguodala capped a brief 6-0 spurt with a fastbreak dunk to give the Sixers a 51-48 lead early in the third, and seven straight Philadelphia points in the final minutes kept the hosts ahead, 62-56, following an Iguodala three- pointer. Odom's tip shot inside 15 seconds to go had the Lakers trailing, 62-58, heading to the fourth.
