Tonight's battle of undefeated teams at Staples Center is tilted even more heavily in favor of the Los Angeles Lakers. Guard Stephen Curry, who re-injured his sprained right ankle Friday night against the Clippers, is out tonight for the Golden State Warriors. In fact, Curry isn't even with the team, per Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports:
Warriors G Stephen Curry will not travel to LA for Sunday’s game against Lakers due to sprained right ankle. He is listed as day-to-day.
Here are tonight's probable starting lineups, as well as injury reports for both teams.
Warriors
- Point Guard: Monta Ellis
- Shooting Guard: Reggie Williams
- Small Forward: Dorell Wright
- Power Forward: David Lee
- Center: Andris Biedrins
In addition to Curry, forwards Lou Amundson (fractured right index finger) and Ekpe Udoh (left wrist surgery) are out for Golden State/
Lakers
- Point Guard: Derek Fisher
- Shooting Guard: Kobe Bryant
- Small Forward: Ron Artest
- Power Forward: Lamar Odom
- Center: Pau Gasol
Andrew Bynum, who is out until at least Thanksgiving while recovering from right knee surgery, is the constant on the Laker injury report right now. Luke Walton is listed as doubtful, and he likely won't play, as he has a strained right hamstring. Theo Ratliff is listed as probable with a sore left knee.
