The Los Angeles Kings continued their playoff dominance on Thursday, beating the Phoenix Coyotes 2-1, bringing their series lead to 3-0. The Kings are only one win away from advancing to the Stanley Cup thanks to Dwight King's game-winning goal in the third period. Game four is scheduled noon on Sunday at the Staples Center.
Here is the reaction from various folks around Twitter after the Kings' game three victory in the Western Conference Finals:
Kings win their 8 game in a row and improve to 11-1 in the playoffs. Yes those stats are real.

Even the Kings organization — or at least the employee running their twitter account is shocked by the team's success.

This comes from Phoenix-area sports radio host. Although his pain is understandable, I think most Coyote fans would agree they have a very slim chance of winning this series. If the Kings want to win this series at home, they'll have to win on Sunday or risk winning the Western Conference championship on the road in game five. The series will return to Los Angeles for game six if it gets that far.

Definite overreaction!
Who would have thought the Kings are the team in LA with the best chance of winning a championship?

The Clippers and Lakers are losing their casual fans to the city's hockey team. Maybe.
