NHL Playoffs 2012, Canucks Vs. Kings: Series Schedule, Game Recaps, TV Times And More

The Los Angeles Kings are seeking their first NHL playoff series win since 2001, and they have three chances left to eliminate the top seed Vancouver Canucks. As the two teams get ready for their Game 5 showdown at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, here is a review of the Stanley Cup Playoffs first round series schedule.

Game 1, April 11 - Kings 4, Canucks 2: Tied 2-2 after the second period, Dustin Penner scored the go-ahead goal for the No. 8 seed Kings on the road in Vancouver.

Game 2, April 13 - Kings 4, Canucks 2: A pair of short-handed goals by Dustin Brown worked wonders for Los Angeles.

Game 3, April 15 - Kings 1, Canucks 0: The Kings took their first ever 3-0 playoff series lead as Jonathan Quick notched his 11th shutout of the season.

Game 4, April 18 - Canucks 3, Kings 1: Staples Center was rocking after Anze Kopitar gave the Kings a 1-0 lead after the first period, but Vancouver scored three unanswered goals to stay alive.
