The No. 8 seed Los Angeles Kings got their first round NHL playoff series off to a good start with a 4-2 victory on Wednesday night against the No. 1 seed Vancouver Canucks. The Kings look to expand their series lead on Friday night in Vancouver, and here are the relevant details of Friday night's Game 2.

Series: Kings 1, Canucks 0

Game 2 Location: Rogers Arena in Vancouver

Time: 7 p.m. PDT

Take A Seat: Byron Bitz of the Canucks was suspended for two games for this vicious hit on Kyle Clifford of the Kings:

After Wednesday's Game 1, Bitz told reporters, "I had no intention of targeting the head or injuring anybody. That’s not how I play," per Rich Hammond of LA Kings Insider. Clifford is out for game 2 as a result of the hit.

Road Warriors: The Kings haven't won a playoff series since 2001, but they have won their last three playoff road games. The Kings won two games in San Jose last year even though they lost the series, and then captured Game 1 this year in Vancouver.
