Kings Vs. Predators Preview: Los Angeles Riding High, Looking For Back-To-Back Wins

The Los Angeles Kings are looking for back-to-back wins to get back in the playoff hunt. They visit the Nashville Predators on Monday night and will hope their offense can keep scoring.

Presswire

The Nashville Predators have been having a very solid season. They're currently poised to be the No. 5 seed in the Western Conference playoffs. The Los Angeles Kings will visit the Predators on Monday night, but they may be catching their opponents at just the right time.

The Kings are riding high following a big win on Saturday night that was fueled by a Dustin Brown hat trick and have bolstered their ranks by adding center Jeff Carter via a trade. The Predators, meanwhile, are 5-2-3 over their last 10 games. The key in this one, as has been the story for most of the season, is whether the Kings' offense will show up tonight. If the Kings can score, this is a winnable game.

The puck drops for Monday's game at 5:00 p.m. PT. The game will be televised on FS-W, or you can listen to the live broadcast on KTLK 1150 AM.
