2011 Kings Schedule: Kings Hit The Road For Halloween Weekend

The Los Angeles Kings hit the road this weekend to take one two tough opponents in the Phoenix Coyotes and Colorado Avalanche.

As fans around the country prepare for a weekend fully of ghoulish activities, the Los Angeles Kings are packing up to hit the road this Halloween weekend to take on the Phoenix Coyotes and Colorado Avalanche on their home turf.

The Kings are playing some good puck right now, winners of five of their last six including a 5-3 victory in Dallas over the Stars Thursday night. They'll have to keep it up if they want to take out the Coyotes and Avalanche though, both of whom are playing tough right now, especially at home.

-Phoenix is coming off a win over the Devils on Thursday 5-3, and are looking to start a much needed win streak of their own of Friday.

Sunday, Oct. 30

Los Angeles Kings at Colorado Avalanche

Puck Drop: 5:00 p.m. PT, Pepsi Center

Fox Sports West (HD)

-The Avalanche has come out of the gates as one of the hottest teams in the NHL, though fell to the Flames 4-2 their last time out on Wednesday.
