LA Galaxy Vs. Real Salt Lake Final Injury Report: David Beckham To Go

Everything is on the line tonight when the Los Angeles Galaxy meet Real Salt Lake at the Home Depot Center. The winner moves onto the MLS Cup two weeks from now in LA, and the loser gets to start working through the Biggest Loser on their DVR. So it's good news for the Galaxy that Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane are completely off the injury report. David Beckham remains on with Back Spasms, but he's been on with back spasms since the Galaxy were fined for keeping him out of a match and not putting the injury on the report.

Just to make sure everyone is up to speed before the season's penultimate game, this is what the Galaxy injury report looks like:

OUT: DF Sean Alvarado (R knee surgery); DF Leonardo (R knee surgery)

QUESTIONABLE: MF David Beckham (back spasms); DF Gregg Berhalter (R foot sprain); DF Bryan Jordan (L middle finger tendon rupture)

The big story out of the Real Salt Lake camp is the status of their centerbacks Nat Borchers and Jamison Olave. Jason Kreis has said they are a game time decision, but whether or not their in the starting XI will be a big factor in RSL's performance tonight:

OUT: MF Nelson González (R foot fracture)

DOUBTFUL: FW Cody Arnoux (L hamstring strain); DF Blake Wagner (R adductor strain)

QUESTIONABLE: DF Nat Borchers (L quadriceps strain); DF Jamison Olave (R quadriceps strain)

With the Galaxy getting Juninho back, and Borchers and Olave doubtful for RSL, the Galaxy certainly have the advantage. When it comes to specific levels, losing one player can be overcome, but two are very hard to replace. Just ask the New York Red Bulls
