Dodgers Vs. Rockies Game Preview: L.A. Looks To Snap 2-Game Skid

The Los Angeles Dodgers look to get back on track Tuesday night as they face the Colorado Rockies in the second meeting of a three-game series at Coors Field. Josh Beckett made his first start for the Dodgers on Monday and it didn't go well, as the Rockies won easily, 10-0.

L.A. will send will send Chris Capuano to the mound to try and turn the tide. The left-hander holds an 11-9 record with a 3.37 ERA. Capuano struggled in his previous outing, giving up six runs in five innings in a loss to the Giants.

The Rockies counter with right-hander Tyler Chatwood. He will be making his 13th appearance and sixth start of the season. Chatwood has a 3-3 record with a 4.98 ERA.

The Dodgers are trying to catch the Giants in the NL West race. Coming into Tuesday, L.A. is 2.5 games back. The Rockies are well out of contention, 18.5 games behind.
