Angels Vs. Dodgers Final Score: Mike Trout Homers, Steals, Leads Halos To 3-2 Win In L.A.

Mike Trout was 2-for-4 with a home run and two stolen bases Monday night, leading the Los Angeles Angels over the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 at Dodger Stadium. Trout drove in the first two runs for the Angels, then scored the winning run on a single by Albert Pujols in the ninth inning.

Trout homered in the fourth inning off Chris Capuano to pull the Angels within a run, then tied the game at 2-2 in the top of the sixth inning with an RBI single. Trout also stole two bases, making this the fourth game this season that he has had at least one home run and one stolen base in the same game. Trout has 15 steals on the year.

Garrett Richards walked five and allowed two runs on five hits in his five innings of work. One of the runs was unearned, thanks partially to a throwing error by Richards on a pickoff attempt in the first inning. Richards was also picked off first base immediately prior to Trout's home run in the fourth inning.

Jerome Williams gets the start for the Angels in the second game of the series on Tuesday night, while Aaron Harang takes the hill for the Dodgers.
