Dodgers Vs. Diamondbacks Final Score: Wade Miley Snaps L.A. Winning Streak

Wade Miley pitched into the seventh inning, leading the Arizona Diamondbacks to a 5-1 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers Tuesday night at Dodger Stadium. The loss snapped a five-game winning streak for the Dodgers (24-12), who concluded an eight-game homestand that saw them win six games.

Miley allowed just one run on eight hits, while striking out five, earning his fourth win of the season.

Chad Billingsley allowed one run in his first four innings, but allowed five straight sings to open the fifth inning and was removed. Billingsley allowed four runs on eight hits in his four innings, the second straight four-inning start by Billingsley, who fell to 2-3 on the season.

Mark Ellis homered for the Dodgers' only run, a solo shot in the seventh inning.

The Dodgers head to San Diego next to face the Padres in a brief two-game series beginning Wednesday at Petco Park. Chris Capuano starts the opener for the Dodgers, facing Clayton Richard for San Diego.
