As baseball season nears, so does fantasy baseball season. There are quite a few Los Angeles Dodgers that will be top-round draft picks for most fantasy teams, as well as a few sleepers that owners could grab in the later rounds that will play well enough to let the lucky owner brag about having enough foresight and baseball knowledge to run a real team.
When it comes to Dodgers that are likely to be selected in the first couple rounds, Matt Kemp is on top of the list. Kemp scored 115 runs for the Dodgers in 2011 and hit 39 home runs and had a batting average of .324. He is currently listed as third on ESPN's top 300.
Another player to keep an eye on in the draft is pitcher Clayton Kershaw. He is ranked at No. 20 on ESPN's top 300. In 33 games started, Kershaw allowed 59 erned runs, had a 2.28 ERA and had a record of 21-5.
When it comes to possible late-round selections, names to keep an eye on include Dee Gordon, Andre Ethier, Ted Lilly, Chad Billingsley and James Loney.
