A dramatic walk-off victory kept the Los Angeles Dodgers in the wild card hunt last night. Tonight, they'll need the first of two wins to keep alive against the San Francisco Giants.
The Dodgers will turn to Chris Capuano to keep their October dream going. Capuano hasn't had much success against the Giants this year; he's 0-1 in two starts with a 6.00 ERA on eight runs given up over 12 innings. He was 1-1 over five starts with a 4.39 ERA and 14 strikeouts during the month of September.

The Dodgers will unfortunately be going up against a suddenly hot (or lucky) Barry Zito. Zito has won his last six decisions and hasn't lost a game since Aug. 2. Zito has been especially good in September, winning four of the five games he started with a 3.03 ERA and 23 strikeouts over 29⅔ innings. He still struggled to pitch deep into a game, and hasn't pitched past the seventh inning since Aug. 23.
