Bankruptcy Judge Denies McCourt Financing, Orders Dodgers To Negotiate With MLB
Delaware Bankruptcy Court judge Kevin Gross -- no not the former Dodgers pitcher -- ruled against Frank McCourt and the Dodgers today, ordering them to negotiate with Major League Baseball for the $150 million bankruptcy loan.

Dodgers Bankruptcy Hearing Wednesday Yields No Ruling...Yet
In Delaware Bankruptcy Court on Wednesday, attorneys for Frank McCourt and the Dodgers and attorneys for Major League Baseball argued for nearly 10 hours, trying to determine the provider of $150 million in bankruptcy financing for the Dodgers. However, there was no completion to today's hearing, as Judge Kevin Gross said there would be no ruling until hopefully Thursday.

Dodgers Bankruptcy Hearing Wednesday To Determine Source Of Financing
Two days after nearly 10 hours in Delaware Bankruptcy Court, Judge Kevin Gross denied the $150 million loan secured by Frank McCourt, and ordered the Dodgers to negotiate in good faith with MLB for a new loan.
