With 10 days left in the voting, triple crown and MVP candidate Matt Kemp is making strides on becoming a starting outfielder for the National League in the All-Star Game, to be held on Tuesday, July 12 at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona. Kemp is now fourth among NL outfielders in the voting, switching spots with teammate Andre Ethier, who is now fifth.

The first release of American League vote totals for the 2011 MLB All-Star Game was released on Wednesday, and the Los Angeles Angels appear unlikely to have anyone voted into the game. The game will be held at Chase Field in Phoenix on July 12. Currently, only two Angels are in the top five at their positions in American League voting.
