Hiroki Kuroda Leads Dodgers To 2-0 Win Over Pirates
The Dodgers got seven strong innings from Hiroki Kuroda Wednesday night as they beat the Pirates 2-0 at PNC Park in Pittsburgh. Kuroda allowed just three hits and three walks in seven scoreless innings, striking out a season-high eight batters, picking up his fourth win of the season. The Dodgers won consecutive games for the first time since April 27-29.

Dodgers Place Hong-Chih Kuo On Disabled List, Recall Scott Elbert
The Dodgers called up left-handed relief pitcher Scott Elbert from Triple A Albuquerque before Wednesday's game in Pittsburgh against the Pirates. To make room for Elbert, the club placed reliever Hong-Chih Kuo on the disabled list. However, the reason for the DL stint was not yet revealed.
