Blake Hawksworth Injures Groin In Dodgers' 10-3 Win Over Pirates
The Dodgers got some much0needed offense Tuesday night in their 10-3 win over the Pirates, but they also suffered a loss. Reliever Blake Hawksworth left the game in the seventh inning with a strained right groin and, although his injury prognosis and timetable is yet unknown, could be a big blow to an already depleted Dodger bullpen. Hawksworth appeared to injure his groin while running to cover first base in the seventh inning.

Dodgers' Bats Come Alive In 10-3 Win Over Pirates
The Dodgers got a rare explosion of offense, erupting for a 10-3 win over the Pirates at PNC Park in Pittsburgh. The Dodgers scored four runs in the sixth inning, all with two outs, thanks in large part to a three-run home run by Matt Kemp. Then, just two innings later, the Dodgers plated five more tallies, putting the game out of reach.
