Andre Ethier Extends Hitting Streak To 27 Games, But Dodgers Get Blasted By Padres, 7-0
Andre Ethier extended his career-high hitting streak to 27 games on Sunday, but that was the lone highlight for the Dodgers, who dropped their series finale to the Padres 7-0 at Dodger Stadium. The Dodgers, who had trouble scoring all weekend, managed just three hits in seven innings off Dustin Moseley, who picked up his first win of the season for San Diego. The Dodgers were shutout for the third time this season.

Dodgers Vs. Padres: Hong-Chih Kuo Activated From Disabled List, Starting Lineups, Etc
The Dodgers before Sunday's game with the Padres activated relief pitcher Hong-Chih Kuo from the disabled list. Kuo, who set a Dodgers franchise record with a 1.20 ERA last season, has had trouble throwing strikes this season and was on the disabled list with a lower back strain. To make room for Kuo, the Dodgers optioned Kenley Jansen to Triple A.
