Dodgers Fall To Rockies, 3-0; DeJesus Optioned, Paving Way For Blake Activation From Disabled List
The Dodgers got their fourth quality start in five games, but the offense didn't show up in a 3-0 loss to the Rockies at Coors Field. Jhoulys Chacin allowed no runs in his seven innings to pick up the win for Colorado, while Clayton Kershaw allowed three runs in his six innings, albeit with eight strikeouts.

The Los Angeles Dodgers begin their brief two-game series in Denver tonight against the Colorado Rockies, with their ace Clayton Kershaw battling against Jhoulys Chacin of the Rockies. Playing in the most spacious outfield in the major leagues, it makes sense that Tony Gwynn Jr., the Dodgers' best defensive outfielder, is in tonight's lineup. What doesn't make sense, though, is why Gwynn is batting second.
