Grizzlies Vs. Clippers, 2012 NBA Playoffs Game 2 Final Score: Turnovers Doom L.A. In 105-98 Loss

Rudy Gay scored 21 points to lead the Memphis Grizzlies to a 105-98 win over the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 2 of their first round NBA playoff series Wednesday night at FedEx Forum. Their best-of-seven series is tied at 1-1.

Chris Paul led the Clippers with 29 points, on 10-of-17 shooting. Paul made four of six shots from three-point range, and dished out six assists, but also had five turnovers.

Blake Griffin had 22 points and nine rebounds for the Clippers, who shot 56.7%. Mo WIlliams scored 11 points in 21 minutes off the bench for the Clippers.

O.J. Mayo added 20 points from the bench, including consecutive jumpers in the fourth quarter after the Clippers cut the Memphis lead to four points. The Grizzlies had six players score in double figures on the night. Memphis shot 48.0% and outrebounded Los Angeles 37-28.

The Clippers had 20 turnovers in teh loss. Game 3 is Saturday afternoon at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
